Chicken Kabobs
Try this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

1 pound Chicken Breasts cut into 1 inch pieces

Our Dad’s Chicago Marinade

2 White onions cut into 1 inch pieces

2 Green Peppers cut into 1 inch pieces

2 Tomatoes cut into 1 inch pieces

Any other vegetable you would like to add to the kebab cut into 1 inch pieces


Directions:

  1. Cut us as many chicken breasts as needed into 2” chunks. 
  2. Place in a large bowl and cover all of the chicken with enough marinade to coat each piece. Marinate chicken breasts for at least 2 hours. (Marinating overnight or longer is recommended for tastier results.) 
  3. Cut up 2 onions, 2 green peppers and 2 tomatoes into large pieces. (you can use vegetables for this –  mushrooms and any peppers would be good). 
  4. Get out your skewers and skewer the chicken, alternating the chicken with the different vegetables. 
  5. Grill the kebabs until cooked through and serve with rice or any side dish of choice.
