Our Dad’s Marinade began in 1966 at Pop's first restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. Inspired by a traditional Armenian recipe, his distinctive blend of carefully selected ingredients quickly became a customer favorite. It's rich, savory flavor is the perfect complement to chicken, shrimp, pork, vegetables and so much more. 

After years of requests from family, friends an loyal customers, we were inspired to bottle this treasured recipe and share it with others. Pop's passed away in 2017, but continuing the business and preserving his unforgettable recipe allows us to honor the legacy that meant so much to him.

With every bottle, we proudly carry forward his passion, his tradition and a flavor that has brought people together for generations.
